Terence Tsui
Terence has accumulated expansive knowledge and experience in auditing, taxation, and accountancy through working with companies of different sizes and sectors in running an accountancy practice.
He joined World Houseware (Holdings) Limited in 2007, a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the past thirty years. As executive director and company secretary, he has gained extensive knowledge of compliance with the regulations of Hong Kong listing rules and the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Ordinance. He also has vast experience in manufacturing and distribution of various products and has extensive business skills in investment in properties.
