Aby Yuen
Aby Yuen plays a key role in providing strong support and services to AIA members and students in Hong Kong and Macau. As Membership Services Manager, she handles CPD programmes, event planning, customer service, and Branch administration. Her work supports the Hong Kong Management Committee, and helps the Branch runs smoothly. Ensuring it continues to meet the changing needs of its professional community.
With almost 20 years of experience at AIA, Aby is central to member engagement across the region. She leads the planning and delivery of CPD and networking events, helping members stay informed about industry and regulatory changes. Her focus on detail and quality ensures every event is well-organised and useful.
Aby also manages communications and logistics for Branch initiatives. These include flagship events such as the annual dinner and special workshops like the Legislative Council CPR and AED training. Her proactive approach builds strong relationships with members, raises awareness of the AIA qualification, and strengthens the Branch’s reputation for professionalism and service.
Known for her responsiveness and dedication, Aby is the first point of contact for member enquiries, offering timely support and guidance. Her work not only contributes to the success of the Hong Kong Branch but also supports the wider mission of AIA: advancing global standards in accountancy and empowering professionals through lifelong learning.
