Chan Ying Kwok

Chan Ying Kwok brings a multidisciplinary perspective to the AIA Hong Kong Management Committee, combining experience in healthcare, finance, and education. His career began in psychiatric nursing, where he developed a strong foundation in empathy and human behaviour.

He later transitioned into banking, earning the ACIB qualification from the UK. This financial training led him to auditing roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he gained insight into corporate governance and financial compliance.

Ying Kwok currently manages both sales and finance at Sing Kee Sea Products, a family-run business specialising in dried seafood. His dual role reflects his ability to balance commercial strategy with financial oversight.

Academically, he holds an MBA from the University of Macau and a DBA from the University of Surrey. He also earned master’s degrees in Buddhist Studies and Buddhist Counselling, which enhance his understanding of ethical leadership and mental well-being in professional settings.

On the AIA Hong Kong Management Committee, Ying Kwok contributes to technical consultations and regulatory reviews. His diverse background allows him to offer unique insights into member needs and industry developments.

He also serves as Honorary Treasurer for the University of Macau Alumni Association (Hong Kong Branch), strengthening ties between academia and the accounting profession.

Ying Kwok’s multidisciplinary expertise helps AIA foster inclusive leadership and informed decision-making. His contributions ensure that members benefit from both technical guidance and holistic support.
