Prof Dr Benson Chang
Benson is the Founder, Group Managing Director of Lion Group (with offices in Hong Kong, Macau, Shenzhen, Singapore, Jakarta, and London), Managing Partner of Lion Golden Certified Tax Agent in China, Principal Consultant of Lion CPA Limited in Hong Kong, and Tax Partner of MT & Partners LLP in Singapore.
He has extensive experience in accountancy, taxation, arbitration, forensic, governance, business development, business sustainability and ESG reporting. He was a Financial Controller of a private equity firm managing HK$4B in property investment projects in Macau and China; Senior Accounting Manager of a GEM Board listed company in catering industry managing over 40 restaurants and bars in Hong Kong and Shanghai.
He has also delivered public seminars on accounting, Hong Kong and cross-border taxation, financial reporting, CRS, IPO, internal control, corporate governance, business development, and business sustainability organized by the Hong Kong Exchange and Clearing Limited and Bank of China, Shanghai Main Branch, and other professional bodies.
