AIA Celebrates Innovation & ESG Excellence at AE25

The Association of International Accountants (AIA) was proud to support and participate in this year’s Accounting Excellence Awards 2025. The event brought together leading figures from across the accountancy profession to celebrate innovation, leadership, and outstanding achievement within the industry.

AIA’s Chief Executive, Philip Turnbull had the privilege of serving as a judge for the International Firm and Practice Leader of the Year categories, recognising firms and individuals who have demonstrated exceptional standards in global accountancy practice and leadership. Congratulations to UHY Hacker Young on being named International Firm of the Year, and to Roger Isaacs – Milsted Langdon for winning Practice Leader of the Year, with a special commendation to AIA Member Firm Euro Accounting for securing the Bronze Award in the International Firm category.

Highlighting AIA’s continued commitment to sustainability and responsible business, Council member Dr Peter Ellington, a noted advocate for ESG and sustainability in accounting, presented the award for ESG Excellence. Congratulations to Venn Accounts on winning the award.
