Carl leads AIA’s global sales, marketing, and communications strategy, strengthening the organisation’s visibility and engagement across international markets. His work spans membership growth, qualification promotion, brand development, and partnership management, helping AIA support accountants and finance professionals worldwide.

He oversees a wide range of activity including digital marketing, editorial direction for International Accountant magazine, major events, and campaigns that promote AIA qualifications and CPD. Carl also plays a key role in developing collaborations with training providers, academic institutions, and industry partners to expand AIA’s reach and create new pathways into the profession.

Carl supports AIA’s broader digital and member‑engagement priorities by ensuring clear, consistent communication and effective content that speaks to the needs of students, members, and global partners. His approach focuses on strong messaging, accessible information, and measurable impact.
