Clare Marsh
Clare qualified as a chartered accountant with a boutique firm before spending over a decade at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she participated in both national and international leadership development programmes. During her time at PwC, Clare audited a wide range of clients, from owner-managed businesses to household names, contributed to deal teams, delivered training locally and globally, and most recently worked in the sustainability assurance team.
Clare now runs her own practice, specialising in supporting women-led businesses to build confidence and knowledge in accounting and tax. She makes the accounting space approachable and practical, helping business owners leverage it to grow and strengthen their ventures. In addition, Clare has cultivated a thriving network of women business owners, offering free networking, webinars, and a safe space to ask the questions that keep them up at night.
