Regulatory Oversight Committee

The Regulatory Oversight Committee plays a vital role in ensuring AIA meets its obligations as a recognised supervisory body under the Money Laundering Regulations. It provides independent oversight of AIA’s regulatory activities, helping to maintain high standards of transparency, accountability, and compliance. By reviewing the effectiveness of AIA’s regulatory framework, the committee supports our commitment to robust governance and responsible supervision across the profession.
