The Association of International Accountants (AIA) was honoured to join an inspiring celebration of diversity, inclusion, and community impact at the 2025 ABC Annual Awards Dinner, held on 9 October in North East England. Hosted by Asian Business Connexions (ABC), the annual event brought together a remarkable group of individuals and organisations from across the world, each recognised for their exceptional work in driving equity, empowerment, and positive social change.
The evening was a vibrant celebration of culture, collaboration, and achievement. Guests embraced the spirit of the event by wearing traditional dress and bold, colourful attire, reflecting the region’s rich cultural diversity and the unity that inclusion brings. The three-course halal dinner and lively atmosphere created a true sense of community and connection among attendees.
Throughout the awards, stories of innovation, perseverance, and leadership took centre stage — showcasing how inclusive thinking continues to shape stronger, fairer organisations and communities across the UK and beyond.
