Juan Carlos Venegas
Juan Carlos is a public accountant, finance trainer, and Director of Fiscal Accounts Ltd, with over 15 years’ experience in practice and a background in Spanish law. He advises clients across multiple industries on accounting, taxation, financial management, budgeting, and strategic implementation, helping organisations strengthen financial performance and achieve sustainable year-on-year growth, including growth rates of up to 50% and successful business acquisitions.
Juan Carlos provides expert advice on corporation tax, VAT, personal income tax, PAYE, and cross-border taxation, with particular expertise in UK–Spanish tax matters. He has delivered public and in-house finance training across the GCC region, Asia, and Africa, and in January 2020 served as an Assessor for the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) of Dubai.
He is also a forensic accountant and expert witness, specialising in fraud prevention and detection, loss of earnings, business interruption, and commercial and family disputes. Fiscal Accounts Ltd is a member of the IFRS Sustainability Alliance.
