Degree Pathways
While graduate status is not required to register with AIA, we understand the value of academic progression. AIA has established advanced standing agreements with several universities, enabling members to enter accountancy-related degree programmes with credit for prior learning.

MBA Opportunities
As demand grows for strategic and managerial skills, the MBA has become a valuable qualification for finance professionals. AIA’s professional qualification is recognised as equivalent to a first degree by many institutions, enabling direct entry into full- or part-time MBA programmes in the UK and internationally.
Note: Most MBA programmes require a minimum of four years’ relevant work experience. All applications are assessed on an individual basis.
