Maggie is Membership Services Manager (China) at AIA, where she is dedicated to delivering an exceptional end-to-end experience for members and students across China. Acting as a key point of contact, she provides personalised support, builds strong relationships, and ensures member needs are met and exceeded throughout their professional journey.
She works closely with AIA’s China Management Committee, head office teams, and external partners to promote AIA membership and qualifications, develop engagement initiatives, and support continuing professional development opportunities. Maggie also plays a central role in member retention, communications, and events, representing AIA across the region and fostering a connected and engaged member community.
Additionally, she oversees membership processes and data management, ensuring accurate records and efficient administration while continuously enhancing the overall member experience
